2. Cancellations and Refunds.
2.1. The Administration strives to ensure continuous uninterrupted access to @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). However, temporary interruptions in access may occur due to technical problems, updates, scheduled maintenance, force majeure circumstances, and other factors, both beyond the control of the Administration and third-party providers. The Administration is not responsible for any service interruptions due to the reasons mentioned in this section, so refunds for any of the above reasons are not possible.
2.2. Refunds for a subscription or one-time payment are not provided if a user, for any reason, does not use the services or features of the Chatbot. The user is responsible for using the functions and services of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot. There is no recalculation or transfer to other days or periods for unused requests or tokens.
2.3. Since at the beginning of use and acceptance of this User Agreement, the Chatbot user was provided with educational materials, which are the proprietary development of the creators of the @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot service, the information and services provided by this bot are considered to be provided in full.
2.4. Cancellation of access to one of the paid comprehensive tariffs, paid for by a one-time payment, is not provided. After payment, the extended access to @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot will be valid until the end of the paid tariff period (30 calendar days from the date of receipt of payment) or until the change to another paid tariff.
2.5. You can cancel the Subscription (recurring payments) to one of the paid tariffs of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot at any time, but refunds for the already used or current periods are not provided. 5.2. The Administration of the Chatbot @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot reserves the right to change the cost of paid tariffs and the list of included services without prior notice to Users, an unlimited number of times.
5.3. The User of the Chatbot @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot undertakes to familiarize themselves with the current terms of this User Agreement, Tariffs, terms of use, and maintenance, located in open access on the website: https://easy-gpt.ru/en-terms-of-use, at least once a month.
6. Right of Access and Requirements for Technical and Software Provision.
6.1. The Administration of the Chatbot @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Service, however, temporary disconnection of the Service or part of the available services may occur due to technical maintenance, development, or force majeure circumstances.
6.2. As the Telegram application does not provide information about the country of residence and phone number of the User, the Administration does not have the ability to check the compliance of the User's country with the list of countries allowed to use the ChatGPT API from OpenAI. Users must comply with the requirements specified in the "Trade Controls" section of OpenAI's Terms of Use and must not be residents of the countries listed in this section. 6.4. For citizens of the European Union, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom, the minimum age for using the Service is 16 years.
6.5. Access to the bot requires a Telegram account and any device supporting communication in the Telegram application. Purchasing a paid tariff and extended functionality of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot does not include the cost of the device for access.
7. Content
Users independently provide input data to the Services of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot ("Input Data"), whether it be a text request, audio file, or image, and receive Output Data from the Services of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot based on the Input Data. Input and Output Data together constitute "Content".
7.1. The User is responsible for the Content, including ensuring that it does not violate applicable law or these Terms. The User represents and warrants that they have all the rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to provide Input Data for the services and features of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot.

Except as prohibited by law, the Administration makes no warranties (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) regarding the services and disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment, as well as any warranties arising from any course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. The Administration does not guarantee that the services will operate uninterrupted, accurately, and without errors, or that any content will be secure, not lost, or altered.
8.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that any use of the services of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot is at their own risk and that they will not consider the content obtained through interaction with @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot, and rely on it as the sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
8.3. The Administration does not guarantee that: the services will meet/be in accordance with the requirements or expectations of the User; the services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably, and without errors; the results that may be obtained using the services will be accurate and reliable and can be used for any purpose or in any capacity; the quality of any material, product, service, information, etc., obtained using the services, will meet the expectations of the User.
8.4. Software and hardware errors, both on the side of the Administration of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot and the User, leading to the impossibility of accessing the Service are force majeure circumstances and a basis for exemption from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations.
8.5. The Administration of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot will make all reasonable efforts to properly provide services, but is not responsible for and does not compensate for the User's losses in case the User cannot use the services for the following reasons:
- Technological malfunctions of public communication channels, through which access to the services is provided, loss of user's internet access for any reason, errors, interruptions in work or data transmission, communication line defects, and other technical failures;
- Unauthorized interference with the Service by third parties, including hacking, DDoS attacks, actions of virus programs, and other disruptions of the Service.
- Loss of access to the profile by the user, including in the presence of signs of unauthorized use;
- In the event of force majeure circumstances.
8.6. The Administration of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot is not liable to the User (Customer) for losses incurred not due to the fault of the Administration, including in connection with the User's violation of the rules.
8.7. The User is independently responsible for any actions performed on the Service of @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot using their login data and for losses that may arise due to unauthorized use of their Telegram profile or independently providing the Chatbot with sensitive information (secret or confidential).
8.8. In the event of theft or loss of login data, the User independently takes necessary measures to change the password for access to their profile. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties that have led to the theft or loss of login data, nor for any expenses, damages, or lost profits incurred by the user due to unauthorized third-party access to their profile.
9. Limitation of Liability.
9.1 The Administration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages related to lost profits, business reputation, use, or data, or other losses, even if the Administration has been warned of the possibility of such damages. The total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount the User paid for the service that gave rise to the claim, within 1 month prior to the occurrence of the liability specified in this section.
Prohibited Use.
10.1 It is prohibited to use @OpenAI_chat_GPTbot for the following purposes:
Illegal activities;
Content about sexual violence against children or any content that exploits or harms children;
Creating content that incites hate, harassment, or violence;
Creating malicious software;
Activities associated with a high risk of causing physical harm;
Activities with a high risk of causing economic harm;
Fraudulent or misleading actions;
Content for adults, the adult industry, and dating applications;
Political agitation or lobbying;
Actions that violate people's privacy;
Practicing unauthorized legal consultations or providing individual legal consultations without verification by a qualified specialist;
Providing individual financial consultations without verifying information with a qualified specialist;
Informing someone about whether they have or do not have a certain health condition, or giving instructions on how to treat a certain health condition;
Making high-risk governmental decisions;
Law enforcement activities and criminal justice;
Migration and asylum;
For any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities.
